Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of one of the most significant soundtracks in film history, Walt Disney Records is set to release a special collector's edition of the remastered original motion picture soundtrack for Lucasfilm's STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE.

The Women's Voices Theater Festival has announced that Allison Janney, award-winning star of stage, screen, and film, is the 2018 Festival's Honorary Chair.

Producers for the Tooting Arts Club production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street announced today that due to popular demand, the production will extend through May 27, 2018.

HOT MESS, a romantic comedy by Dan Rothenberg (Suburban Boy; Regretrosexual) and Colleen Crabtree (The Tragic and Horrible Life of the Singing Nun, The Groundlings), and directed by Jonathan Silverstein (tick, tick...BOOM; John & Jen; The Temperamentals), plays The Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center (1627 Broadway at 50th Street) opening tonight, November 16th, it was announced today by producers Jay Alix and Una Jackman.

Based on Daniel Wallace's novel and Tim Burton's 2003 film adaptation, this musical is quite the oddity. Screenwriter John August has tinkered with the book since its brief Broadway run in 2013, but it remains an unfathomable mixture of magical and mawkish, whimsy and desolation.
