The Illinois Arts Council Agency (IACA) has announced the 2023 Artist Fellowship Award (AFA) recipients. The IACA AFAs are $15,000 unrestricted awards granted to Illinois artists in recognition of their outstanding work and commitment within the arts. This year 24 Illinois artists will receive Fellowships totaling $360,000.

South Street Seaport Museum has released the next set of collections artifacts for digital visitors to browse, research, and enjoy for free. In March 2021, the Museum launched a Collections Online Portal, which now features over 3,500 pieces on virtual display, allowing audiences to explore New York City's past through the archives, artifacts, and photographs of the South Street Seaport Museum.
Raise Your Hands! The Off Broadway cast recording of The Gospel According to Heather, a new musical with a book, music and lyrics by Paul Gordon. will be released on JAY Records. Produced by John Yap, the recording will feature the original cast of the Off Broadway production who gathered this week at Manhattan Studios to lay down the tracks.
