Thomas Kilroy's version of The Seagull is a reappraisal of Chekhov's first great comedy, a story of a distinguished actress and her passionate lonely son. Trudie Styler will play that actress under the direction of Max Stafford Clark.
One of Broadway's all-time greatest voices, Barbara Cook, brings her trio to Bass Concert Hall for an intimate performance with cabaret seating on the stage. Cook's show is set for September 19 at 8:00 p.m. at Bass Hall.

The Roundabout Theatre Company revival production of the hit 1940's musical Anything Goes opened this past Thursday night at The Princess of Wales Theatre, during one of the worst heat waves the city of Toronto had ever had.
