The 2021 UK Tour opens at Cambridge Arts Theatre before visiting Bath, Guilford, Oxford, Malvern, Shrewsbury, Manchester, Brighton, Glasgow, York, Blackpool, Stoke and Edinburgh. Further tour dates to be announced.

Taking place between June and autumn 2021, the project is based on the theme of empathy and uses art to address the isolation people under 25 have experienced during the pandemic, increasing the young creatives' wellbeing, sense of purpose and levels of empathy, as well as encouraging them to be socially and politically engaged.

Sutton will be joined by soprano extraordinaire Tal Bergman of The Israeli Opera, who most recently starred as Cosette at The National Theatre production of Les Miserables.    

Mia Katigbak, co-founder and actor-manager of NAATCO, today announced that NAATCO will extend on demand performances of the US Premiere of a new play by Caryl Churchill, What If If Only, realized by Les Waters and Jared Mezzocchi. The performances will be available through Sunday June 20th only.

The Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts has announced the recipients of the 2021 Dora Ancillary Awards which were presented in a virtual broadcast in Toronto this morning, June 16. The Dora Mavor Moore Awards, produced by TAPA, celebrate excellence in Toronto theatre, dance and opera.

These Sheffield-based multidisciplinary powerhouses of creative enterprise impressed Trustees with their innovative vision for the organisation moving forward for both Deli's central London and regional venues. Casting has been announced for THE BOY WITH THE BEE JAR by John Straiton (long-listed for the 2019 Bruntwood Prize), the first show to play at The Hope Theatre post reopening from 29 June – 17 July.

The 138th season of the Hungarian State Opera will presents seventeen premieres including seven that had to be postponed. The three venues of the Opera await audiences with 400 opera and ballet performances, and a further 1300 concerts, chamber concerts, special events, and multimedia activities mean the beginning of a new era.

Ifeyinwa's debut play THE HOES was shortlisted for the Verity Bargate Award in 2018. Alongside her theatre work, Ifeyinwa is a restaurateur, co-founding Chuku's - the world's first Nigerian tapas restaurant - and was included on Forbes' list of 100 Female Founders in Europe.

The question is central to After Life, Jack Thorne’s stage adaptation of Hirokazu Kore-eda’s acclaimed 1998 film, co-produced by Headlong, which unfolds in a purgatorial facility over the course of a single week.

From Jeff Whitty, the creator of Avenue Q, and the Scissor Sister's Jake Shears and John Garden comes ARMISTEAD MAUPIN'S TALES OF THE CITY, THE MUSICAL based on Armistead Maupin's landmark series of novels about San Francisco in the 70s. The presentation is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the premiere musical staging at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater in 2011.
