The Joyce Theater will present the New York premiere of Last Touch First, an evening-length work created by Ji?i Kylian and Michael Schumacher, for a week-long engagement from April 10 - 15.

The Joyce Theater is set to present the return of Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève through March 4, following its critically acclaimed Joyce debut in 2007.

Parsons Dance and Gala Chair Linda Stocknoff announce the company's 2012 Annual spring Gala, Paint it Red, honoring Nancy Browne, Parsons Dance friend and co-commissioner of 2011 premiere work Portinari, on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at Espace, 635 W. 42nd Street, NYC. The evening will begin with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and silent auction at 7:30 p.m., followed by a dinner, live auction, and performance by Parsons Dance at 8:30 p.m., then a full night of social dancing. Following last year's sold-out inaugural season, Dance Under the Influence returns with a schedule packed with groundbreaking newcomers and icons of contemporary dance.

The Martha Graham Dance Company (Janet Eilber, Artistic Director; LaRue Allen, Executive Director) is having a special engagement at The Joyce Theater, NYC; March 13-18. Inner Landscape, the latest offering in the company's innovative series of thematic performances including contextual media and narration, features the acclaimed Graham psychological works in which she laid bare the human psyche. There will be two programs presented by the company as well as a Family matinee show on Saturday-March 17 at 2:00pm. New works by Lar Lubovitch and Yvonne Rainer premiere on March 13 and 15 respectively. Both programs will open with an abstract film montage which overlays excerpts of Graham dancing her psychological works with moments from psychological films of the same era. The Martha Graham Dance Company has invited The Hartt School, along with just six other collegiate dance programs, to perform at the Joyce Theater in New York as part of the Company's 86thAnniversary season.

Composer, filmmaker, director and solo performer Mikel Rouse announces the May 1, 2012 release of his first double album, Boost|False Doors (Exit Music 1015-1016), through iTunes and all major retailers. Boost|False Doors will be available via iTunes, Amazon, Bandcamp, CD Baby, CD Connection and CD Universe and on disc through All Major Retail Stores and through Exit Music Recordings on May 1. BALLET HISPANICO presents the World Premiere of Espiritu Vivo created by Ronald K. Brown and set to music performed live by Susana Baca; Asuka, Eduardo Vilaro's first work for the company; and the New York Premiere of Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's Nube Blanco at The Joyce Theater from April 17-29, 2012 with Family Matinees on April 21, 28, 29 at 2pm.

The Joyce Theater Foundation will present Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, under the presidency of H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover and artistic direction of choreographer Jean-Christophe Maillot, through February 19, 2012. The 32-member company will present the New York premieres of Opus 40 and Altro Canto, both choreographed by Maillot. On February 16, 2012, Orchestra of St. Luke's (OSL) will welcome back its first music director, the visionary Sir Roger Norrington, in Haydn's Symphony No. 39 in G minor and Mozart's Symphony No. 39 in E-flat Major. Hailed by The New York Times as 'a pianist you want to hear no matter what he performs,' Jeremy Denk will make his OSL debut in Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 1 in C Major.

Parsons Dance, in partnership the Ice Theater of New York's City Skate Concert Series, announces a presentation of TWIST on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 1pm at The Rink at Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, between 49th and 50th Streets, New York City. In the case of rain, the performance will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 1pm.

New York City's Drama Desk-nominated Parallel Exit returns to the Joyce SoHo for the third time, to present the world premiere of I LOVE BOB, an evening-length comic ballet, from July 20-29, 2012 at 7:30pm at Joyce SoHo, 155 Mercer Street (between Houston & Prince).
