Scott Foley, who stars as Jake Ballard on ABC's hit drama “Scandal,” will emcee the NAB Show Television Luncheon. Sponsored by RBC Capital Markets, the Luncheon will take place Monday, April 13 at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino.
