A BRONX TALE opens on Broadway tonight, December 1, at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street). 

The Tony Award® winning Matilda the Musical will close on January 1, 2017, after playing 37 previews, 1,555 regular performances, and one Actors Fund performance. The production opened on April 11, 2013 (previews began March 4) at the Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street). The show just celebrated its 1500th performance and BroadwayWorld was on hand for the special day. Check out photos below!

TIME Magazine's #1 Show of the Year, MATILDA THE MUSICAL, is coming to Orange County as part of Segerstrom Center for the Arts 2016-17 Broadway Series. Produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Dodgers, this first national tour of MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be performed in Segerstrom Hall January 17 - 29, 2017.

Due to unprecedented demand for tickets, David Mirvish the Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers have announced that the Canadian premiere production of MATILDA THE MUSICAL is once again forcing them to extend its run, this time through January 8th, 2017. This will be the final extension, MATILDA must leave Toronto after its final performance on January 8th.

Broadway storytelling meets immersive spectacle in the workshop of the innovative house party musical THE BAD YEARS by Kerrigan & Lowdermilk. THE BAD YEARS returns to Brooklyn after a sold-out 2015 run at Loft 172. The new workshop, directed by Stephen Brackett (Buyer and Cellar) and choreographed by Jennifer Jancuska (BC Beat), follows sixteen twenty-somethings as they flirt, fight, and flip cup their way into adulthood.

Tickets for the new booking period, which includes performances at the Cambridge theatre between 30 May and 15 October 2017, will go on sale on the centenary of Roald Dahl's birth, 13 September.
