Woodie King Jr.'s New Federal Theatre (NFT) held a festive Gala Benefit on Sunday, June 26 from 2:00 to 5:30 PM at Trump Place, 220 Riverside Boulevard (enter West 70th Street) honoring Novella Nelson and Melvin Van Peebles, two of many actors and directors who have worked at NFT over the theatre's 46 year history. This play, which takes place on May 15th at 6:00 pm, tells the story of a man named Lyman, the choices he makes, and how they impact his Destiny, as well as the Destinies of those around him. Each scene represents a different Destiny of Lyman Liri based on a choice he makes at a universal point in time. The choice is always told from the perspective of someone who knew him.

Original Love Boat cast member Ted Lange, who played Isaac the bartender, created the amorous concoction, drawing inspiration from his character's signature grin-and-point move and bright red jacket. The new drink is debuting on all Princess cruise ships in time for Valentine's Day.
