CHARLEY PRIDE: I'M JUST ME Documentary Premieres January 1

Charley Pride: I'm Just Me, a documentary about the life and career of legendary Country music superstar Charley Pride, will debut on CBC's documentary Channel on Wednesday, January 1 at 7:30 pm ET/4:30 pm PT as part of their All Day Music Marathon. It will repeat on Sunday, February 2 at 9:00 pm ET/PT.

Photo Flash: Bergen County Players Presents 33 VARIATIONS

 Bergen County Players, one of America's longest-running little theater companies, is pleased to continue its 2019-2020 season with the Tony-nominated play, 33 Variations. Written by Moisés Kaufman (The Laramie Project) and directed by Steve Bell, 33 Variations will be performed at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell from January 11th through February 1st, 2020. 

A CHRISTMAS CAROL Breaks Box Office Record For The Third Week In A Row

A Christmas Carol, which opened on Broadway November 20, 2019, has just broken another box office record at the Lyceum Theatre. Adapted by Jack Thorne and directed by Matthew Warchus, A Christmas Carol grossed $954,054.40 over nine performances for the week ending December 29. It tops the house record previously held by Oh, Hello, the Nick Kroll and John Mulaney comedy that grossed $911,602 for the week ending January 1, 2017.

LATKE FESTIVAL Sets Records and Event Winners Announced

Great Performances' annual Latke Festival broke records on Monday, Dec. 16, racking up the most attendees and participants in its 11-year history. The event presented annually by the acclaimed catering and events company raises funds to support The Sylvia Center, a nonprofit dedicated to nutrition and healthy cooking education for children in underserved neighborhoods throughout New York City and in Columbia Co., NY.

TO LIFE Celebrates Jewish Composers in the Golden Age of Broadway at the Willow Theatre in Sugar Sand Park

A sold-out run in January 2019, and consistent a?oewhen will you do this again?a?? questions have led to the creation of To Life 2: More Stories & Music Celebrating the Contributions of Jewish Composers to the Golden Age of Broadway. This second iteration of last year's audience favorite will pick up where the previous show left off, with more songs, anecdotes, and stories, and will highlight the works of Marvin Hamlisch, Kander & Ebb, Dorothy Fields, George & Ira Gershwin, Jerry Herman, and many more. To Life 2 will run in the Willow Theatre in Sugar Sand Park from January 10th through February 2nd.

Sir Bryn Terfel Returns To Carnegie Hall With Pianist Natalia Katyukova In February 2020

On Sunday, February 9 at 2:00 p.m., beloved Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel returns to Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage for a recital featuring works by Ireland, Quilter, Brahms, Schumann, Schubert, selections from Vaughan Williams's Songs of Travel as well as additional selections to be announced from the stage. WE ALL FALL DOWN Announces Extension At Huntington Theatre Company

Huntington Theatre Company has announced the extension of We All Fall Down written by Boston area playwright and Huntington Playwriting Fellow Lila Rose Kaplan and directed by Obie Award winner and artistic director of Hartford Stage Melia Bensussen.
