Producers Dale A. Mott of Edgewood (Broadway’s The Lifespan of a Fact and the upcoming Thoughts of a Colored Man) and NEWorks Productions have announced two industry presentations for GRACE, to be held on August 24, 2021, at Alvin Ailey Studios (405 West 55th Street).

As Black Theatre United (BTU) marks its first year since the organization’s creation, the Founding Members have just announced they held a three-month Commercial Theatre Summit from March to June 2021 to establish industry- wide standards around Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility & Belonging (EDIAB) with a focus on Black individuals in theatre as we move into the future.

The Prince Fellowship, in association with Columbia University School of the Arts, announces that applications are now open for the 2021 Fellowship program.

The T. Fellowship has officially been renamed The Prince Fellowship to honor the legacy, career and memory of the producer, director and T Fellowship founder Harold Prince.

One Night Only presents Come From Away is the fourth event in the virtual series, which reunites cast and creatives from hit musicals. J.L. “Lynn” Singleton, President and CEO of the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), announced today via a brief PPAC video that due to the national touring industry's decision to reset national tours and schedules this winter through the late fall of 2021,  PPAC will not be presenting national Broadway tours or any Broadway shows from this January through June 2021 as previously announced.

The 10th Annual BROADWAY BELTS FOR PFF! honoring 12-time Tony Award-Winning Broadway producer Daryl Roth and hosted by Broadway's Julie Halston (Tootsie, You Can't Take it With You, Sex and the City) took place at the Edison Ballroom, with over 300 guests in attendance.

An annual sold-out event that is an exclusive New York musical theater experience, BROADWAY BELTS FOR PFF! featured Broadway stars performing some of their favorite songs and original pieces to benefit the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF). The benefit began as a tribute to Michael Kuchwara, Associated Press theater critic, who died suddenly of pulmonary fibrosis in 2010. Julie Halston, a founding partner of the event, is one of the PFF's leading advocates nationwide and shined as the evening's host (Her Broadway credits include Tootsie, Hairspray, Gypsy, and You Can't Take It With You).

The 10th Annual BROADWAY BELTS FOR PFF! will take place on Monday, February 24 at the Edison Ballroom. Hosted by Broadway's Julie Halston (Tootsie, You Can't Take it With You, Sex and the City) and directed by Carl Andress (The Confession of Lily Dare), this year's gala event will honor multi-award winning Broadway producer Daryl Roth.
