In a move sure to make the Sun King proud, Ovation, America's only arts network, will air an extended 90-minute episode of the acclaimed drama series Versailles for the series' final bow. Written by Andrew Bampfield and Tim Loane and directed by Pieter Van Hees, the final episode, entitled 'The Legacy,' airs Saturday, December 8 at 10pm ET / 7pm PT and will be available on OvationNOW as of Wednesday, December 12.

On June 27th Toronto celebrated the 32nd Annual Dora Mavor Moore Awards which honour excellence in Canada theatre. BWW was on hand for the complete event, including the VIP reception where nominees mingled with sponsors and patrons, the award show itself and of course, the happening after-party which shut down Front St for most of the night. Nightwood Theatre will present, in association with The Canadian Stage Company Berkeley Street Theatre Downstairs, the world premiere of Wild Dogs from October 4 - November 8, 2008.

Directed by Jim Warren and starring Rosemary Dunsmore, Linda Kash and Sarah Dodd, The Sisters Rosensweig previews from June 7, and runs until June 21 at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Performing Arts' Jane Mallett Theatre.
