The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel will usher in the holiday season with Steve Tyrell at the Café Carlyle. His new show and tribute to Sammy Cahn, Christmas at the Carlyle: The Songs of Sammy Cahn, features songs from the famed songwriter whose music continues to inspire generations today. Songs from the engagement will be included in the forthcoming Concord release, 'It's Magic, the Songs of Sammy Cahn' due out spring 2013. A Twist of Lemmon: A Tribute to My Father is a memoir-styled book concerning the life of famed American actor Jack Lemmon, as viewed through the eyes of his son, Christopher Lemmon. The book was published in May 2006 by Algonquin Books, and features a foreword by Kevin Spacey, who credits Jack Lemmon with his pursuit of acting.

The event, which honored Tony Award winner Tyne Daly (Master Class, Rabbit Hole, Gypsy), and producers and Primary Stages Board members Jamie deRoy and Ted Snowdon, featured performances by Tony Award nominee Tom Wopat (Sondheim on Sondheim, A Catered Affair), actor/director/producer Tamara Tunie ("Law & Order: SVU," "As The World Turns"), Lewis Cleale (The Book of Mormon, Spamalot, Call Me Madam), and Garrett Sorenson (Master Class).

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY continues its Fall 2012 season with the return engagement of film, television, and theatre star PETER GALLAGHER. For his one-man show, "How'd All You People Get In My Room?," Gallagher shares real-life stories from his early days starting out as a young actor in New York, to working with legends like Jack Lemmon, Tom Stoppard, Mike Nichols, Robert Altman, Peter O'Toole and more. Joined by his four-piece band, Gallagher brings his experiences to life with songs ranging from Broadway, to music from the hit television show "The OC," to classics from Sammy Cahn, Jules Styne, Burt Bacharach and Van Morrison. When Gallagher debuted at the club in 2007, The New York Times raved that "he inhabits a song so comfortably that it flows directly out, a fusion of his own personality and the character he is playing." His new show will run through November 17 at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).

On November 9, 2012, The New York Pops orchestra was the star of the performance at Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage. Feinstein's at Loews Regency continues its Fall 2012 season with the premiere engagement of Grammy nominated jazz singer, Sue Raney. For her first New York nightclub engagement in 25 years, Raney is accompanied by her longtime colleague Alan Broadbent on piano, in addition to Harvie Swartz on bass and Bill Goodwin on drums. Part of the evening's repertoire will be drawn from their last two albums together: Heart's Desire: A Tribute to Doris Day and Listen Here. The show will run through November 10 at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY presents a special concert engagement of television and film star Tamara Tunie as part of the Fall 2012 Season. After she participated in a well-received concert at Jazz at Lincoln Center in May, performing the music of Cy Colman opposite such luminaries as James Naughton and Michele Lee, Tamara was inspired to return to singing. Tamara has been singing her entire life, including early appearances at Upstairs at Greenstreet and Steve McGraw's early in her career, before film and TV took over. After making it big in movies and TV and then bringing home a Tony Award as a producer for Spring Awakening on Broadway, many people forgot or never knew that her roots were in musical theatre. She is often asked, 'Do you sing?' She is answering that question with this evening of re -imagined show tunes and jazz standards entitled 'Yes, I Sing!' The show will feature Musical Direction by Mike Renzi, acclaimed for his work with Peggy Lee, Lena Horne, Mel Torme, Blossom Dearie and more. Her engagement - which coincides with the release of her new film, Flight, opposite Denzel Washington - will be run for one week only, through November 3.
