Jennifer Mudge (Rocky), Autumn Hurlbert (NBC's The Sound of Music Live!), Allison Guinn (Hair), Stephen Plunkett (War Horse, The Mend), Chad Goodridge (Passing Strange), January LaVoy (Enron), and Liv Rooth (Beyond Therapy, Venus in Fur) will join the previously announced cast members, all of whom represent a crazy-talented and ridiculously good-looking group of actors from Broadway, film and TV.

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that WAR HORSE, which just opened at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre last week, is gearing up for a national tour, as well as a separate sit-down Toronto production. While details on the tour have not yet been announced, the show will play Los Angeles' Ahmanson Theatre from June 13 - July 22, 2012. The Toronto production is set to open in February of 2012.

Yesterday the horse puppets from 'War Horse' opened Lincoln Center's Illumination Lawn for the summer season. The horse puppets dazzled onlookers on the Lawn, which is a double-twisted green space that forms the roof of one of Lincoln Center's newest buildings.

Renowned investigative theatre company The Civilians celebrates its 10th season of creating new work with BENEFIT X - an evening of stage and screen stars performing the songs of Michael Friedman (BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON) - set for Monday, May 2, beginning at 7:00pm at one of New York City's hottest new cultural venues, Le Poisson Rouge (158 Bleecker Street).
