Stage Adaptation of George Orwell's ANIMAL FARM Starts Next Month at Milwaukee Rep

Milwaukee Repertory Theater presents an adaption of the landmark novel, Animal Farm, in the Quadracci Powerhouse beginning January 9 through February 11, 2018. George Orwell's novel, adapted into a play by Ian Wooldridge, transforms this literary classic into a vibrant and moving production that is still resonant today.

Target Margin Theater to Stage Rare Revival of O'Neill's MOURNING BECOMES ELECTRA

As the centerpiece of the Company's 25th anniversary season, Target Margin Theater and Abrons Arts Center will present a rare revival of Eugene O'Neill's great trilogy, Mourning Becomes Electra, directed by Herskovits, and running April 26-May 20. Part Greek tragedy, part family play, part history play, Mourning Becomes Electra (O'Neill's 1931 adaptation of Aeschylus 'The Oresteia') mashes myth, Freudian psychology and melodrama into an epic six hour production.

New Georges Premieres Trish Harnetiaux's HOW TO GET INTO BUILDINGS at The Brick Tonight

Coming off of their Obie Award winning production of A Beautiful Day in November on the Banks of the Great Lakes at City Center in January and the critically acclaimed Heartbreak at The Bushwick Starr in May, New Georges announces their final production of 2015, the World Premiere of HOW TO GET INTO BUILDINGS by Trish Harnetiaux (If You Can Get to Buffalo with Incubator Arts Project) at The Brick (579 Metropolitan Avenue, Brooklyn; www.bricktheater.com) as part of The Brick's Resident Artist program, tonight, December 3-19.
