On Friday, May 11, prolific performer Ty Taylor collaborated with the team behind LA's hit series "For The Record" to debut his new solo album Nouveau Mid-Century Romance Songbook. Taylor, best known as the lead singer of classic soul and rock 'n' roll band Vintage Trouble, will light up the stage at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills for this official album release concert along with special guests Matthew Morrison, Tracie Thoms, Brenna Whitaker and Chris Pierce. Directed by Anderson Davis, the evening will kick off with a Jazz showcase from exceptional artists including Spencer Day, Olivia Kuper Harris, Myles Nuzzi and Dylan Meek and will be followed by Taylor's collection of modernistic tracks inspired by mid-century jazz standards.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - has announced the debut residency of acclaimed singer and songwriter SPENCER DAY, starting on Friday, May 18 at 7:00 PM. The unique #1 Billboard charting pop/jazz performer who has appeared at venues from Lincoln Center to the Hollywood Bowl will headline monthly shows through August.

The show will feature all-new original songs, as well as concert favorites and a few reimagined interpretations of previous recordings. The release of Angel City will mark the completion of Day's seventh album. The album's inspiration comes from Spencer's struggles to maintain his own artistic integrity and authenticity in a world which so often values neither. Incorporating slices of life from the legends and nobodies who built the place, Angel City will include some concert favorites including The Ghost of the Chateau Marmont and 72 and Sunny.

Chris Isaacson Presents and Matthew Herrmann will present the Los Angeles premiere of Bianca Del Rio in Peaches Christ's hit theatrical parody Sheetlejuice for one night only on Saturday, December 2, at 7pm at the Ricardo Montalban Theatre in Hollywood.

Chris Isaacson Presents and the City of Los Angeles have announced that Grammy Award-winning recording artist and Motown legend Thelma Houston in her show My Motown Memories & More! has been rescheduled for Sunday, October 15 at 7:30pm at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center. All previously purchased Ford Amphitheatre tickets will be honored for the new date.

Acclaimed singer-songwriter-pianist-and San Francisco Bay Area favorite- Spencer Day returns to Feinstein's at the Nikko to celebrate the release of his much-anticipated new album, "Angel City," on Friday, June 16 (8 p.m.) and Saturday, June 17 (7 p.m.).

In her new show, RED, WHITE AND INDIGO, Lady Rizo is all about coming to terms with that "very bad boyfriend" she calls America. "I think he reads my email," she joked with a wry smile, during her first show of a three-night run at Joe's Pub on March 23. "And I know he's f**king with my birth control." And while getting into a relationship thinking you can change somebody is never the best idea, she still had to try. Standing tall in front of a room divider paneled with an upside-down American flag, Lady Rizo was dead-set on reclaiming the idea of patriotism.
