Carole J. Bufford, David Burnham and Chris Mann to Headline 5th Annual BROADWAY UNDER THE STARS at Ford Theatres

Chris Isaacson Presents and the City of Los Angeles have announced the fifth annual Broadway Under the Stars event, a one-night-only concert starring (in alphabetical order) Carole J. Bufford, David Burnham, and Chris Mann, with additional performers still to be announced.

Hosted by RuPaul's Drag Race favorite Trixie Mattel and directed by Kay Cole, the curtain will rise at 8pm on Saturday, October 7, at the Ford Theatres in Hollywood.

Broadway Under the Stars is a fresh musical revue featuring songs from many of the most beloved musicals of our time, as well as new favorites from the 2016-17 Broadway season including Dear Evan Hansen, Come from Away, Anastasia, Sunset Boulevard, and more.

The fifth annual Broadway Under the Stars event is set for one performance only at Ford Theatres on Saturday, October 7, at 8pm. All seats are reserved and ticket prices start at $44. ABOUT THE ARTISTS:

Carole J. Bufford has become one of the most sought after performers on The New York jazz and cabaret scene. She recently completed a 10-month run at Birdland Jazz Club and is now touring the US and Europe. Her shows Speak Easy, Shades of Blue, and You Don't Own Me received rave reviews from The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Times (UK). She was featured in Michael Feinstein's 'Great American Songbook' Series at Jazz @ Lincoln Center as well as in his Evening of Gershwin with the Palm Beach Pops Orchestra. Bufford is the recipient of Nightlife, Bistro, and BroadwayWorld Awards for Outstanding Vocalist. Her debut album "All By Myself" is now available. www.carolejbufford.com

David Burnham was last seen on Broadway in Wicked playing Fiyero. He is an original Broadway cast member of The Light in the Piazza and received the prestigious Helen Hayes Award and a Garland Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Fabrizio in the national tour of the show. Burnham first garnered critical acclaim when he replaced Donny Osmond in the national tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He also toured in Jesus Christ Superstar and starred Off-Broadway in The Best is Yet to Come - The Music of Cy Coleman. He provides the voice of the Prince in the animated feature The King And I, and can also be heard on the soundtracks of Gepetto, Home on the Range, and South Park. Burnham performs with symphonies all over the country and his solo concert has been seen in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Chris Mann starred on the second season of NBC-TV's The Voice and in Broadway's The Phantom of the Opera. His studio work has been featured in the films Avatar, Glee: The 3D Concert Movie, Letters to Juliet, Tangled, Sex and the City 2, The Smurfs, 2012, and The Philanthropist. He made his LA concert debut earlier this year at Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood and performed signature tunes from his recent chart-topping albums as well as fan favorites from the Great White Way Mann has recorded music with Heather Headley, performed with Katharine McPhee, and toured with India.Arie and Idina Menzel. www.chrismannmusic.com
