Wednesday, January 27th- NewFilmmakers presents a Special Program from Third World Newreel and then films about filmmaking.

Today, arts representatives/members from Manhattan Community Boards met with Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, and their respective Community Board Chairs to discuss innovative solutions to remedy the current fiscal and real estate crises that are endangering small to mid-sized non-profit theaters and other performing arts organizations throughout New York City.

The New York Innovative Theatre Foundation presents the findings of 'Demographic Study of Off-Off-Broadway Practitioners'. The study, conducted during September 2007 through February 2009, recorded and analyzed the specific population characteristics of the artists working in New York's Off-Off-Broadway theatre sector.
