The Comrades are pleased to present their fall 2017 production, BOB: A LIFE IN FIVE ACTS by Peter Sinn Nachtrieb, which is co-directed by Will Quam and Derek Bertelsen. The show will play the Apollo Studio Theater (2540 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago) from October 29 through November 21, 2017. Press opening is Tuesday, October 31 at 7:30pm. The production will run through Sunday, October 8 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago.

Casting Announced for NightBlue's BULLETS OVER BROADWAY

Woody Allen's stage musical based on his Academy Award-winning film - a hilarious and high stepping homage to both the gangster films and movie musicals of the 1930's - will be staged for the first time by a Chicago company when NightBlue Performing Arts opens its production of the musical on Monday, September 11, following previews from Friday, September 8 through Sunday, September 10.  Press opening is Monday, September 11 at 7:30 pm. BULLETS OVER BROADWAY will run through Sunday, October 8 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago.

Debbie Ruzicka Will Star in Chicago's Premiere of THE RADIANT, Full Cast

Set one hundred years ago in Paris, The Radiant centers on the true, tempestuous, and love-torn life of Madame Marie Sklodowska Curie. Widowed at thirty-nine, with two young children to raise and support, she becomes involved in a scandalous affair with her young married assistant, an affair which rocks Paris and nearly costs her her career - and her life. But, she survives this and the great bias against women scientists throughout Europe then and goes on to discover and isolate radium, earn two Nobel Prizes, and revolutionize the world of science forever, ushering in "The Atomic Age" and the first cure for cancer.
