Pittsburgh Public Theater has announced the finalists of the 27th Annual Shakespeare Monologue & Scene Contest. This year's contest was held virtually for the first time in the organization's history in an effort to unite and celebrate students and educators across the region during this time of isolation. Tune in on February 22 at 7:00pm.

Earlier this month, writer and director P Burton-Morgan's Metta Theatre, in conjunction with Perfect Pitch, released the studio cast EP of their hip hop musical In the Willows, adapted from Kenneth Grahame's classic The Wind in the Willows. Amanda Seyfried will receive the Montecito Award at the 36th annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
