Due to a last minute cancellation, Seth Bisen-Hersh was left with an empty Tuesday slot at Don't Tell Mama. Rather than let the night go to waste, he is happy to present JUST SETH, a brand new solo show, one-night only: Tuesday, February 3rd, 2015 at 7PM.
The day is finally here! After one month of voting on preliminary nominees in 17 categories, the results of more than 5,000 ballots were considered along with the selections of BroadwayWorld's cabaret section editors to determine the final nominees for the 2014 BroadwayWorld.com New York Cabaret Awards. Joining cabaret icon Marilyn Maye with four nominations is budding star Carole J. Bufford, who made the final ballot for two different shows during 2014 and as 'Best Female Vocalist' and 'Performer of the Year.' Among Maye's nominations were 'Performer of the Year,' two shows in the 'Best Celebrity Show' category, and a 'Best Director' nomination for her work with jazz singer Gabrielle Stravelli (who received two nominations). In addition to her usual nod for 'Best Jazz Vocalist,' jazz star Jane Monheit received two other nominations as 'Performer of the Year,' and as 'Best Host' for her new variety show at Birdland, Jane Monheit's Jazz Party (Monheit also co-starred with Clint Holmes in another nominated show, Frank Wildhorn and Friends in the 'Best Revue' category.) Eric Michael Gillett also earned three nominations for 'Best Show, Male,' 'Best Male Vocalist,' and 'Best Director.'

The show will have its official opening on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 8PM and will run through Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 3PM.

LOVE QUIRKS is a new musical of unconventional devotion exploring the trials and tribulations of love. Four characters, straight and gay, experience the frustrations and perils of dating and relationships in NYC. Brian Childers (Helen Hayes Award Winner for Danny and Sylvia) will serve as director.

Bisen-Hersh will be joined on stage by a phenomenal cast including Drew Aber (A Tale of Two Cities), Morgan Billings (The Sound of Music), Toby Blackwell (Rent), Brian Childers (Danny and Sylvia), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Nora Fox (The Sound of Music), Amy Griffin (How the Grinch Stole Christmas), Nina Hennessey (Bye, Bye Birdie), Teresa Hui, Lara Janine (Rock of Ages), Emily Klein (Parade), Elise Levin (Born Blue), Rita Markova (The Fantasticks), Michael McGurk (The Wedding Singer), Brianne Moore (The Visit), Brooke Sunny Moriber (The Wild Party), Kristine Reese (Wicked), Brian Charles Rooney (The Threepenny Opera), Stacy Shirk (Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog) and Haley Swindal (Jekyll & Hyde). The concert will be produced by Dennis Fowler, directed by Shana Solomon and stage managed by Heather Ber and Emma Peele.
