Casting directors consistently tell performers how important it is to "know your type." Now New York City performers are getting the chance to tell casting directors to "shove it!" TYPED OUT is an all new fun and interactive cabaret where actors "go against type," and perform songs from roles they'd never-ever get the chance to play on stage, even if Hell froze over!
The exciting late night event debuts Monday night at THE WEST END (formerly THE UNDERGROUND LOUNGE) with David Davila, Michelle Caniglia, Steph Nash, Alex Chester, Kathryn Turk, Spencer Kurtti , Zachary Berteletti, Joe Stackhouse, Kailey Winans, Erin Fitzpatrick, Mariela Flor Olivo, Jihan Killikelly, Imari Hardon, and Christian Fleming.TYPED OUT is produced and directed by Valerie Caniglia with music direction by Seth Bisen-Hersh.
The show is at 10:30pm at The West End (955 West End Avenue, at West 107th & Bway). Tickets are $10 at the door (cash only) with a $15 food/drink minimum.
