Actor Ben Platt and Tony Award nominated director Michael Greif come to 92Y on Sunday, April 16 for a conversation about their groundbreaking and critically acclaimed show Dear Evan Hansen.

Known for staging 'the ultimate in intimate productions' (The New York Times), On Site Opera (OSO) presents a trio of exciting new site-specific opera productions in 2017, beginning May 11-13 with Mozart's rarely-performed early opera The Secret Gardener (La finta giardiniera) at the West Side Community Garden.

Today's subject Corey Mach is currently living his theatre life as part of a play that deals with a true “legend” of pop music. I'm referring to that off-pitch sensation Mrs. Miller. Corey Mach portrays her accompanist Simon Bock in Mrs.Miller Does her Thing, which is now playing at Signature Theatre in Arlington, Virginia through March 26th.

OBERON, the American Repertory Theater's (A.R.T.) second stage and club theater venue, presents Spring programming for The Mini Series.

Due to popular demand, a performance has been added to the regularly scheduled run of Mame. The added performance will take place on Sunday, March 19 at 7:30pm, making week two of the run a 9-performance week. Mame runs from March 7 -26, 2017 at Riverside Theatre.

The Last Days of Judas Iscariot is receiving a rare New York revival this spring at The Ellen Stewart Theatre at La MaMa (66 East 4th Street) with previews beginning this Thursday, March 9th, 2017 for a limited Off-Broadway engagement through March 26th. Opening Night is set for Monday, March 13, 2017 at 7pm.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) announced today that the NYTW 2017 Spring Gala will celebrate partnerships with honorees Dartmouth College, whose residency partnership with NYTW spans a quarter of a century; along with longtime NYTW Usual Suspect and Tony Award-nominated Director Michael Greif (Dear Evan Hansen, War Paint), who was an inaugural member of NYTW's 'New Directors Project' in 1984 and rose to prominence with his direction of Machinal at the Public and Rent at NYTW. The Gala will be held on Monday, May 15 at the Edison Ballroom (240 W 47th St., New York, NY 10036).

Cherry Lane Theatre has announced casting for the second production of the Obie award-winning MENTOR PROJECT 2017 now in its 19th season.

The searing new play Sweat begins previews on Broadway tomorrow Saturday, March 4 at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street). Following a sold out, critically acclaimed engagement at New York's Public Theater, Sweat, the new play by Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, directed by Kate Whoriskey will officially open on Broadway on March 26, 2017.

Villanova Theatre proudly presents Little Women: The Broadway Musical, book by Allan Knee, music by Jason Howland, lyrics by Mindi Dickstein, and directed by Valerie Joyce. Based on Louisa May Alcott's American classic, this beloved Civil War story of love, family, and independence stands the test of time, coming to life at Villanova Theatre March 28 - April 9, 2017.  

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the world premiere production of Roe written by Lisa Loomer and directed by Bill Rauch. Roe is a co-production with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Arena Stage.

Route 91 Harvest will return for a fourth year to Las Vegas Village with high-rollers Jason Aldean, Eric Church and Sam Hunt leading the star-powered lineup. Artists including Lauren Alaina, Big & Rich, Lee Brice, Kane Brown, Brothers Osborne, Josh Abbott Band, Maren Morris, Jake Owen, Michael Ray, High Valley and Brett Young are also slated to play.  

Bartlett Theater announces complete casting today for CRUMBS FROM THE TABLE OF JOY by Lynn Nottage. Directed by Karen Dacons-Brock, CRUMBS begins performances today, March 3rd.
