On Sunday 24th March ILIADebuts are hosting a concert celebrating the release of Bobby Cronin's The Concrete Jungle International Studio Recording at St James Theatre Studio, London. The album is now available on iTunes!

We hear that Hadley Fraser, most recently seen as Javert in Les Miserables, is turning his hand to directing, and, what's more, will be at the helm of a revival of Three Sides, originally presented at the National Theatre, later this year.

Scott Garnham and Lauren Samuels will be performing on the Saturday, with Sabrina Aloueche and Hannah Jane Fox joining Samuels for the Sunday set.

Following last year's sell-out success, MAD presented this year's annual festive fundraiser at The Actors' Church, Covent Garden, A WEST END CHRISTMAS. The event took place on December 4, and guests perfoming included: Peter Bowles, Maureen Lipman, Nigel Harman, Alison Jiear, Scott Garnham, Will Barratt & Keiran B. Brown, alongside West End Casts including: Disney's The Lion King, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Shrek, 39 Steps and Legally Blonde. The evening also featued an original song by Bobby Cronin and Angelyn Benson from their adaptation of A CHRISTMAS CAROL, performed by Jye Frasca (JERSEY BOYS, THRILL ME). The winners of the 2011 BWW:UK Awards are thrilled with their recognition by the theatre-going public! Here are some more thank yous from the winners...

The 2011 awards, featuring several highly competitive categories shattered the site's previous records, with tens of thousands of West End fans, aficionados and professionals having their say about the very best of theatre on the West End and beyond...including a nail-biting, game-changing nearly 5,000 votes on the last day alone.

Les Mis Gives…at Christmas is hosted by Scott Garnham, joined this time by fellow comperes Carl Mullaney and Hadley Fraser. The cabaret audience will be treated to some fun, intimate performances from some of the show's stars including Caroline Sheen, Liam Tamne, James Charlton, Mary Cormack, Fra Fee, Craig Mathers, Lisa-Anne Wood and more.

Voting in the 2011 BWW:UK Awards has been open for over a week now - and The Wizard of Oz and Much Ado About Nothing are leading the pack for the big prizes! Betty Blue Eyes is pushing the Palladium's spectacular hard in the musicals categories, though, and the National's much-acclaimed Frankenstein may yet overtake the Josie Rourke-directed Shakespeare revival.

We catch up with Martin Neely to find out what it's been like performing in such a legendary show during its 25th year.

On November 9th, 2006, the opening night of Broadway's Les Miserables, BroadwayWorld introduced the artwork of Christine Jimenez. Recently, the talented artist created more caricatures and portraits of Les Miz stars in honor of the show's 25th Anniversary, and is one again pleased to share them with BWW readers.
