The Disney|ABC Television received 64 nominations for the 45th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards announced today. “General Hospital” is the most honored show with 26 nominations, including a nod for Outstanding Drama Series.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) today announced the nominees for the 45th Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards. The ABC Television Network and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced today “Oscars Opening Ceremony: Live From The Red Carpet,” the ultimate red carpet event and highly anticipated lead-in to the live telecast of the 90th Oscars hosted by Jimmy Kimmel on Sunday, March 4. This 90-minute special, hosted by “Good Morning America” co-anchor Michael Strahan, star of ABC's “The Goldbergs” Wendi McLendon-Covey, “The View” co-host Sara Haines, Vanity Fair executive West Coast editor Krista Smith and IMDb special correspondent Dave Karger begins at 6:30 p.m. EST/3:30 p.m. PST on The ABC Television Network and is the only official red carpet event. Additionally, from 7:00–8:00 p.m. EST (4:00–5:00 p.m. PST), ABC is the only telecast broadcasting live exclusively from the red carpet.
