After embarking on a search for New York's finest undiscovered concert acts earlier this summer, 54 Below recently announced the 16 finalists selected for their new concert development series, 54 CONCERT LAB. At the LAB, emerging artists hand-picked by 54 Below will develop new solo concerts bit by bit and draft by draft. Each artist will have the chance to preview their concert in 3 separate nights at 54 Below, beginning tonight, August 13 at 11:30pm.

Paper Mill Playhouse continue its 75th Anniversary Season with the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical South Pacific. With music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, and book by Oscar Hammerstein II and Joshua Logan, South Pacific will be directed by Rob Ruggiero and choreographed by Ralph Perkins. Mike McGowan joins this enchanting cast as Emile de Becque replacing the previously announced Jason Howard.

11th Hour Theatre Company presents its inaugural holiday program HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA for one night only on December 8 from 7:00-10:00 PM in the Caplan Recital Hall at the University of the Arts (211 South Broad Street). Featured performers are 11th Hour Supergroup including Cara Antosca. Kat Borelli, Rachel Camp, Melissa Joy Hart, Marissa Hines, Alex Keiper, Dan Kiernan, Craig O'Brien, Michael Philip O'Brien, Steve Pacek, Samantha Joy Pearlman, and Sigmund Washington. Also performing will be members of the cast from 11th Hour's Spring Mainstage production of Altar Boyz: Brendan Dalton, Kevin, Duffin, Adam Hoyak and Billy Kametz, as well as a special Philly Star Face-Off between Jeff Coon, Mary Martello and Jennie Eisenhower, and solo performances by Corey Regensberg and Danielle Lovier's group Olive Juice.
