On Saturday, November 11, Cadillac presents the 4th Annual Brooklyn Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival: Fall Edition at Industry City in Sunset Park Brooklyn. On Saturday, November 18, Citi presents the 5th Annual NYC Autumn Wine Festival at NYY Steak in midtown Manhattan. Both events are curated by Vintry Fine Wines and offer a choice of two tasting sessions: Afternoon: 2-5pm or Evening: 7-10pm along with a premium early admission ticket enabling guests to enter an hour prior to the start of the general sessions.

East West Players (EWP) and Japanese American Cultural & Community Center (JACCC) are pleased to announce that for the Los Angeles premiere of the Broadway musical Allegiance, stage and screen star George Takei will be joined by Broadway cast members Elena Wang as Kei Kimura, Greg Watanabe as Mike Masaoka, Scott Watanabe as Tatsuo Kimura, and Janelle Dote as Hanako.

Alphawood Gallery (2401 North Halsted Street, Chicago) continues to merge visual arts and activism via its critically-acclaimed exhibition, Then They Came for Me: Incarceration of Japanese Americans during WWII and the Demise of Civil Liberties. George Takei is set to return to Honolulu with cast members from his Broadway musical Allegiance to honor the veterans of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team (the most decorated unit of the U.S. Army during WWII) and 100th Infantry Battalion on Saturday, November 4 at 9 a.m. local time.

The Third Annual Asian World Film Festival (AWFF) has selected Turkey's official 2018 Oscar entry, Ayla: The Daughter of War as the Festivals opening night film on October 25. Filmed in South Korea, Ayla: The Daughter of War tells a touching story of an orphan girl and a Turkish soldier set during the Korean War.

Productions and ATA, with performances at JACCC's Aratani Theatre in Los Angeles from February 21-April 1, 2018. Previews will run from February 21-25, with the Opening Night performance and reception on February 28.
