Old Globe Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced the cast and creative team for the West Coast Premiere of Matthew Lopez's The Whipping Man. The Civil War drama is directed by Giovanna Sardelli and will run in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre through June 13. The Wilma Theater will close the curtain on the World Premiere production of Language Rooms, a black comedy that exposes the divided loyalties among today's immigrants, discovering the rising cost of the American Dream, on April 4th. The play, from rising Arab-American playwright Yussef El Guindi, is directed by the Wilma's co-Artistic Director Blanka Zizka.
