Broadway Dreams & Lifetime at Work on Docu-Series Following New York Television Festival Win

The Broadway Dreams Foundation (BDF) announces plans for a LIFETIME network docu-series following their win at the New York Television Festival. The pilot was entered in A&E's independent pilot competition and came out of the festival as the winner of the Lifetime development deal. Watch this two-and-a-half minute long piece on BDF.

LIVING FOR TODAY will present a benefit concert entitled LFT:R&H, on Sunday, October 25 at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St) beginning at 7PM. The concert is produced and directed by David Alpert (IF/THEN, The Trip to Bountiful, The Best Man) with music direction by Jason Wetzel (After Midnight). Tickets are $20; $40; and $75 (VIP seats which includes an after-show champagne toast with the company) and are available at www.joespub.com.

After a sold-out Feinstein's/54 Below debut in February, Ryann Redmond brings her very first solo show back to the stage! Ryann first broke onto the scene as Bridget in the Tony nominated Bring It On the Musical for which she received abundant critical acclaim. Stephen Brown of New York Magazine raved, 'As for show-stealers, well, it's a talent melee: Ryann Redmond slays us as Bridget, a nerdy, big-boned laugh-track of a cheer-wannabe who ends up with her own storyline.' David Rooney of the Hollywood Reporter applauded Ryann's 'winning comic turns.' Ryann recently appeared in Broadway's If/Then and then headed to the MUNY to play Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray this past summer.

Today's #Ham4Ham performance reportedly blocked the entire street in front of the Richard Rodgers Theatre due to the multitude of spectators, according to Twitter reports. The performers at the special event this afternoon were HAMILTON's Ariana DeBose with special guest Ryann Redmond (BRING IT ON).
