Romeo & Bernadette: A Musical Tale of Verona and Brooklyn is now running off-Broadway. We chatted with Nikita Burshteyn about his experience originating the role of Romeo, his favorite memories working on the show, and much more!

The show announced a five-week extension of the critically-acclaimed hit Off-Broadway production of Romeo & Bernadette: A Musical Tale of Verona and Brooklyn. 

Song master Michael Feinstein will duet with songstress Freda Payne in a tribute to two song greats - A Very Special Evening with Ella and Frank - June 7th and 8th at Feinstein’s At Vitello’s. The very busy Michael graciously took some time to answer a few of my queries.

Sonia Manzano, who portrayed ‘Maria’ on “Sesame Street” from 1971-2015 attended the matinee performance yesterday (Sunday, 5/22) of ROMEO & BERNADETTE.  She and Mark Saltzman, the book & lyric writer of the show, worked together on the show for many years.

Ensemble Theatre Company (ETC) presents the fifth and final show of its 2021-2022 Season, one of the most iconic and celebrated thrillers ever written, SLEUTH, by Anthony Shaffer and directed by Jenny Sullivan. SLEUTH begins previews on Thursday, June 9 at 7:30pm, opens on Saturday, June 11 at 8:00pm and runs through Sunday, June 26, 2022 at The New Vic, 33 W. Performances of Romeo & Bernadette: A Musical Tale of Verona began May 3, 2022, for a limited engagement through Sunday afternoon, June 26, 2022, at 3:00PM. Opening Night is TONIGHT, Monday, May 16, 2022, at 7:00PM.
