Jamie Lloyd's ground breaking, splash hit production of Urinetown The Musical has been voted the Best New Musical In The West End in the BroadwayWorld.com UK 2014 awards as renowned comedian Phill Jupitus(Never Mind The Buzzc*cks, QI, Hairspray, Monty Python's Spamalot) steps into the role of the tyrannical Caldwell B. Cladwell, from Monday 1 December.

Today, Wednesday 19 November, the cast of the multi Tony award-winning musical Urinetown, directed by Jamie Lloyd shows support for the UN recognized event: World Toilet Day.

A preliminary sneak peek at the new West End mounting of multi-Tony Award-winning musical comedy URINETOWN is now available to view, including a first photo of the cast in action as well as a new promotional trailer.

Jamie Lloyd is directing the UK premiere of URINETOWN The Musical, with music and lyrics by Mark Hollmann and book and lyrics by Greg Kotis. The musical runs at the St James Theatre from tonight, 22 February until 3 May 2014, with opening night on 11 March 2014.
