This November Andrew Lloyd Webber's career is coming to the stage in Unmasked at The Other Palace.

Sherlock star Amanda Abbington and Sunset Boulevard leading man Danny Mac are starring in the UK premiere of the musical A Little Princess by Tony-nominated composer/lyricist Andrew Lippa (Big Fish,The Addams Family, The Wild Party).

Later this month (26 August 2017) Andrew Lloyd Webber will welcome a new group of kids to his Olivier award-winning production of School of Rock - The Musical at the New London Theatre.  Acclaimed by audiences and critics alike, the record breaking West End production of School of Rock - The Musical opened to rave reviews and in April this year the show's 'kids' cast, who play live music on stage at each performance, were the recipients of the Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in Music. 

Andrew Lloyd Webber's Olivier award-winning production of School of Rock - The Musical today announces that Gary Trainor, having played the role of alternate Dewey since the show's London premiere, will lead the cast as Dewey Finn from 17 May 2017, with Stephen Leask joining the cast as the alternate Dewey.

For a third time since its West End premiere Andrew Lloyd Webber's production of School of Rock - The Musical today announces a further booking extension with tickets now available to 14 January 2018.

Having recently twice smashed the house record at the New London Theatre, today, 9 January 2017, Andrew Lloyd Webber's West End production of School of Rock - The Musical announces the show is extending booking for a second time since its official opening.  Tickets are now available to 28 May 2017.

It's relatively rare for a reviewer to return to a small fringe show multiple times in its six-week run - but that's what I've done with Shock Treatment, which closes this weekend at the King's Head...

I haven't approached a show with such a mix of trepidation and excitement for a very long while. For the uninitiated, Shock Treatment is the filmic 'equal' to The Rocky Horror [Picture] Show - but rather than battling transvestite aliens, Brad and Janet are caught up in a reality media nightmare as the cracks in their marriage are exposed live on the local television channel.

Avenue Q star Julie Atherton is to play Janet in the highly anticipated Rocky Horror sequel, a role previously played by Jessica Harper in the film and made famous by Susan Sarandon in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. As well as her roles as Kate Monster and Lucy the Slut in the original London cast of Avenue Q, Atherton also starred as Sister Mary Robert in the first UK tour of Sister Act: The Musical and recently won critical acclaim in the title role inTherese Raquin at the Finborough Theatre and the Park Theatre. Her third album, Rush of Life, was released at the end of 2014.

Jamie Lloyd's production of Urinetown The Musical, which has been voted Best New Musical in the West End in the BroadwayWorld.com UK 2014 Awards, recently announced an early closing date for today, January 3, 2015 at the Apollo Theatre. The production was originally slated to run through January 10.
