Continuing a Halloween-season tradition, Bucks County Playhouse will revive its popular production of Richard O'Brien's a?oeThe Rocky Horror Showa?? live on stage beginning Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 27.

The Ojai Film Festival celebrates twenty years of bringing film to Ojai. This year the festival pays tribute to vintage Hollywood with Lifetime Achievement Awards honoring actors Pat Boone and Eva Marie Saint. Continuing a longstanding tradition, this annual festival spotlights ecology with FOCUS EARTH - a full day dedicated to environmental films and eco-shorts. The film Living In The Future's Past, a beautifully photographed environmental documentary, directed by Susan Kucera and narrated/produced by Jeff Bridges, headlines this event. A reception and Q&A with the director follows the film screening on November 10, at 4 pm.

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts announces Judy Carmichael will return to the Bay Street stage with her new show Let's Swing! on Friday, October 4 at 8 pm.

The Canadian Donald Sutherland will be honoured with a Donostia Award recognising his more than fifty years of excellent performances. The actor, who has participated in almost 200 productions, will attend the 67th edition of the San Sebastian Festival on Thursday 26 September to receive the accolade prior to the screening in the Kursaal of The Burnt Orange Heresy, a thriller directed by Giuseppe Capotondi. The film, with a cast featuring Mick Jagger, Claes Bang and Elizabeth Debicki will close the coming edition of the Venice Festival.

Mariah Tobin and Dakota Heer play Corie and Paul Bratter, two newlyweds who are moving into a fifth floor Manhattan walkup, only to find the apartment has no furniture, no bathtub, and a gaping hole in the skylight. And it's February. Neil Simon's 1966 classic never had better players in Tobin and Heer, whose chemistry lights up the theater in this wonderful production.

Sundance Institute announced today that John Cooper, Director of the Sundance Film Festival, will move into a newly-created Emeritus Director role following the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. 2020 will mark his 30th Sundance Film Festival, and his 11th year as Festival Director.

Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), is proud to continue its support of the Sundance Institute Film Music and Sound Design Lab for more than two decades. The Lab returns to the Skywalker Sound legendary facilities for the seventh year from July 9-22. This year's international group of fellows include Ho-Ling Tan, Jorge Aragon, Brito Gene Back, Ghiya Rushidat, Aska Matsuyami, Ozie Cargile, Sara Broshofske and Emily Rice, who represent a variety of countries from Cuba, Hong Kong, Japan, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the U.S.A.

Amazon Studios started principal photography on visionary director Mike Cahill's (I Origins, Another Earth) Bliss this week in Los Angeles and Croatia. Academy Award nominees Salma Hayek and Owen Wilson are set to star in this sci-fi drama also written by Cahill. Endgame Entertainment's James D. Stern is producing, with the company's Lucas Smith serving as executive producer. Marsha Swinton (Hala) will also executive produce.

Rolling Roadshow and Luck Productions are joining forces to present Luck Cinema, a film screening series in Luck, TX. FilmFreeway, the world's most-used film festival submissions platform, has entered into an exclusive agreement with the Sundance Institute to handle all projects submitted to the Sundance Film Festival through 2022, collaborating on a customized film submission process. The announcement was made today by Zachary Jones, CTO and Co-founder of FilmFreeway and Adam Montgomery, Senior Manager, Programming Department and Programmer of the Sundance Film Festival.
