Joe Mantegna reprises his Tony Award-winning role as Richard Roma from the original (1984) Broadway production; Gordon Clapp returns with his Tony-nominated portrayal from the 2005 Broadway revival; and Richard Schiff stars as George Aaronow, the role he played in the most recent, 2012 Broadway production. The L.A. Theatre Works cast also stars Richard Dreyfuss and Bruce Davison.

The Film Society of Lincoln Center presents the 40th Chaplin Award honoring Academy Award-winner Barbra Streisand, this evening, April 22nd, at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center. The celebration in honor of the international film legend's groundbreaking career will feature musical performances and film and interview clips culminating in the presentation of The Chaplin Award by President Bill Clinton.

The Deep Throat Sex Scandal, a new play by David Bertolino about the making of the famed, groundbreaking, 1970s pornographic film 'Deep Throat,' and the subsequent controversy surrounding the film, announced yesterday that, due to its overwhelming popularity, it is extending its West Coast Premiere run at the Zephyr Theatre, which opened on January 31, for an additional two weeks, now performing through Sunday, April 14. With the record-breaking success of the National Geographic Channel (NGC) factual drama of Bill O'Reilly's best-selling history 'Killing Lincoln,' NGC President Howard T. Owens announced today that the network will once again join forces with Scott Free Productions to produce a film based on 'Killing Jesus: A History,' the recently announced book from O'Reilly with co-author Martin Dugard, to be published by Henry Holt and Company on Sept. 24, 2013. The announcement comes as the network is also in pre-production on the film adaptation of 'Killing Kennedy,' expected to air globally on National Geographic Channels later this year.
