Following Sunday night's Olivier Awards, a rush of Tweets wondered if Spring Awakening might be revived due to its success. Its two Welsh leads, Aneurin Barnard and Iwan Rheon, received a double win as Best Actor in a Musical and Best Supporting Performance in a Musical respectively. While the show recieved penty of critical plaudits, the musical failed to survive longer than five weeks in the West End after its transfer from its sold-out Lyric Hammersmith run.
