Endangered Species theatre Project (ESPtheatre) presents a d/Deaf/hearing integrated production of Twelfth Night or What You Will as its Mainstage Production in the Frederick Shakespeare Festival. 

Just when you thought it was safe to return to the Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) for a weekly dose of free comedy at The Last Hurrah, the team returns for one last stab at a real horror show. On Nov 2nd at 7pm The Last Hurrah goes metal as host Kevin Cole sits down with Landless Theatre's Artistic Director and Sweeney Todd himself, Andrew Baughman, and the creative team behind their production A Prog Metal Sweeney Todd, Melissa Baughman (Director), and Ray Shaw (Bassist/arranger) to discuss what it takes to put a hard rock spin on a Sondheim classic.

With Stephen Sondheim's pemission, Landless Theater Company is set to bring an even edgier 'SWEENEY' to D.C.

Featuring a classic score overflowing with standards and a certain rat-a-tat syncopation and sassy style all its own, Frank Loesser's indelible musical comedy GUYS & DOLLS is one of the greatest musicals of all time and the incredibly exciting cast just announced for the upcoming Carnegie Hall concert is icing on the cake insofar as an ideal presentation of it - Nathan Lane as Nathan Detroit, Megan Mullally as Adelaide, Patrick Wilson as Sky Masterson and Sierra Boggess as Sarah Brown.

Even if there are some missteps, I give Landless Theatre Company applause for the ambition alone and daring to do something a bit different.
