Fountain Hills Youth Theater is proud to announce opening of the third show of the 2018-19 season, James and the Giant Peach.

The Xoregos Performing Company is presenting a new play at Theater for the New City by Arnold Schulman, a playwright and screenwriter who has been nominated for two Academy Awards and written for Broadway.

Winifred Haun & Dancers will present the 7th annual Spring Open Rehearsal on March 31 at Hubbard St. Dance Center. This event will showcase the latest works made by Company artists: Solomon Bowser, Ariel Dorsey, Winifred Haun, Amanda Milligan, and Summer Smith. 

The Xoregos Performing Company is presenting a new play at Theater for the New City by Arnold Schulman, a playwright and screenwriter who has been nominated for two Academy Awards and written for Broadway. Schulman's Sign in the Six O'Clock Sky debuts at Theater for the New City March 14 and runs through March 31. Shela Xoregos directs the production. Tickets are $18 and $15 for seniors and students.

Chicago Children's Theatre's 13th season finale is the world premiere of The Watsons Go to Birmingham - 1963, a civil rights era family drama based on the groundbreaking young adult novel by Christopher Paul Curtis about the 1963 Birmingham church bombing.

The Guelph Chamber Choir is part-way through a search process for a new permanent Conductor and Artistic Director.  Two guest conductors will each have selected, rehearsed and presented a full concert with the choir before a final decision is made. Last fall, Patrick Murray conducted a concert entitled Haven: music of protection and peace.  Coming up this month, conductor Charlene Pauls presents Glory: music of light and joy on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 7:30 pm at St. George's Anglican Church.

On Presidents' Day Weekend 2019, the Provincetown Playwrights' Lab is proud to partner with the Provincetown Theater to present The 24 Hour Plays: Provincetown**. The Dallas Symphony Orchestra (DSO) is pleased to announce programming for the 2019 Nancy A. Nasher and David J. Haemisegger Family SOLUNA International Music & Arts Festival. Opening on April 4 and running through April 28, 2019, the festival will take place at venues in the Dallas Arts District and throughout the city. One of the Country's most in-demand duos, Beckie Menzie and Tom Michael, will perform their new show entitled 'That 60's Show', at the Arthur Newman Theatre on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 2 PM. The show features popular songs from the 1960's with their unique blend of whimsical banter, nostalgic stories, and vocals talent with Beckie on the baby grand piano, and will be their Palm Springs area debut.
