Birmingham Rep, the city's only major producing theatre, have announced a range of additional new productions to their 2022 season. 

Yet perhaps at no time during its vaunted and venerated history has Oklahoma! been so polarizing as it has become now, thanks to the 2019 Broadway revival directed by Daniel Fish which is touring the provinces. Read our critic's review.

MainStage Irving-Las Colinas has announced their 2022-2023 season to be produced and performed in the Dupree Theater of the Irving Arts Center. This season features five main productions each running for three weekends – Gypsy, Ada and the Engine, Intimate Apparel, The Light in the Piazza, and The Underpants.  

Tessa Peake-Jones (Grantchester, Only Fools and Horses) and Gwyneth Strong (Only Fools and  Horses, EastEnders) will star together in the touring stage adaption of the hugely popular Ladies  of Letters from April.

Returning to Orlando with a new show is 23x Best-of-Fest winning comedian Aaron Malkin with his hilarious and heartwarming show Dandelion at the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival, May 17th - 30th, 2022.

The 15 songs shine a light on Calling Cadence's strength as a live act, blending Oscar and Rae's voices with vintage keyboards. Musicians on the album include: Josh Adams on drums (Jon Batiste, Norah Jones, Beck), Mitchell Yoshida on keyboards (Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros), and Elijah Thomson on bass (Father John Misty, Nathaniel Rateliff).

Act II Playhouse announces their 2022-2023 season which is filled with shows being performed for the first time on the Act II stage. 

Combining comedy, opera, and plenty of drama, The Queen In Me explores the many ways that race, gender, and sexuality are represented, and often policed, in the opera industry. The co-production from the Canadian Opera Company, Amplified Opera, Nightwood Theatre, and Theatre Gargantua was created by and stars interdisciplinary artist Teiya Kasahara 笠原貞野.
