San Diego Opera's 2021 2022 will close with the West Coast Premiere of Aging Magician a hybrid opera/theatre piece that combines singing, choral work, puppetry, and performance art to create an incredibly unique theatrical experience.

PROTOTYPE: Opera/Theatre/Now is pleased to announce programming for the seventh annual festival of fresh opera-theatre & music-theatre running January 5-13, 2019, featuring eight presentations that "shift the whole paradigm of what opera is and can be" (New York Observer).

Among those in attendance were 'Late Show with David Letterman' bandleader Paul Shaffer, from TV's 'The Nanny' and 'Happily Divorced' start Fran Drescher, and Broadway favorite Lee Roy Reams (The Producers, 42nd Street, Beauty and the Beast) and Tony Award winners Donna McKechnie (A Chorus Line, Company) , Faith Prince (Annie, Guys and Dolls) and Liliane Montevecchi (Nine). Starting in June, two new series and three returning series will premiere on HUB Network, a destination for kids and their families. The new series include the popular U.K. adventure-fantasy series 'Wizards vs Aliens' from Executive Producer Russell T Davies ('Doctor Who') and 'SheZow,' an Australian series featuring a 12-year-old boy who inherits the superhero persona of his deceased aunt - the kick-butt, FEMALE superhero SheZow! Additionally, HUB Network will feature original episodes of 'The Aquabats! Super Show!' from Awesome Forces Productions, as well as 'Pound Puppies' and 'Kaijudo: Clash of the Duel Masters,' both from Hasbro Studios.

The Hub Network today announced a slate of new programming for the 2013-'14 television season that includes four new series, two Hub Original Family Movies, and nine returning series.
