Dixie's Tupperware Party, the hilarious show starring Dixie Longate which turned Off-Broadway into Tupperware-mania and garnered the prestigious 2008 Drama Desk Award Nomination returns to the Marcus Center's Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall for a strictly limited engagement of four performances beginning on May 12. Written by Kris Andersson, the production is playing Milwaukee as part of a tour that has, so far, logged over 1000 performances worldwide.

Tralen Doler directs a cast of nine, including Geoff Belliston, Ryan Breslin* (Bway: Newsies, Book of Mormon), Diego Diaz, Ian Fairlee*, Ian Knauer* (Bway: Mamma Mia!, By Jeeves, State Fair), Patrick Massey, Olivia Polci, Chandler Reeves, and Patrick Richwood (Film: 'Pretty Woman,' 'Armageddon,' 'Runaway Bride'). The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) in association with The Foolish Company has announced the extension of Foolerie a Shakespearean Musical Comedy with book, music, and lyrics by Santino DeAngelo. Before their first performance on July 22nd, brisk ticket sales and sold out shows have prompted an additional performance of Foolerie to be staged on Sunday, July 26th at 4pm.

The Geffen Playhouse has extended the Spotlight Entertainment Series presentation of the hilarious comedy Dixie's Tupperware Party - four weeks have been added (a doubling of the original run) with a close date of Sunday, August 31. This one-woman tour-de force stars Drama Desk Award Nominee Dixie Longate in the role that she was born to play. This production is playing Los Angeles as it enters its seventh year of a smash worldwide tour. The Hollywood Reporter calls Dixie's Tupperware Party, "often hilarious and always endearing," and LA Splash says, "Fasten your seatbelts. You're in for an evening of non-stop laughter!"
