I have seen numerous shows by the chorus and in my opinion, this tribute takes the crown. Kathleen McGuire provided a fantastic arrangement for the men's chorus.

After being so impressed by the video 'Waiting For Shankman' created by the ROCK OF AGES 1st National Tour Cast, director of the ROCK OF AGES movie Adam Shankman, has put them in the movie! Below, BroadwayWorld brings you a look at the touring cast and ROCK OF AGES dance team as their 'Juke Box Hero' personas.
ROCK OF AGES is definitely our generation's first original rock musical - 'our generation' meaning us kids born in the '60s and '70s. With its totally bitchin' playlist of Top 40 '80s ballads and songs of rebellion, no wonder Hollywood is clamoring to make this into a movie.
The 80's rockers had the audience in the palms of their hands during the national tour of Rock of Ages which closes out the Theatre Under the Stars (TUTS) season at the Hobby Center. With several audience members dressed in their best rocker garb, the majority seemed to be reliving glory days of their youth. The audience became so enthralled providing boisterous hoots, fist pumps and a few waived lighters, that it was impossible not to get caught up in the experience of this wildly entertaining show.
Have you ever crimped and teased your hair? Fantasized about Tawny Kitaen dancing on the hood of your Jaguar? Played some epic air guitar, or even some epic Guitar Hero?
