Following the Almeida's sell-out run in 2017-2018, the highly successful West End transfer running at the Ambassadors Theatre must end with the season finale on Saturday 1 June 2019. The production will then be rocketing to a new dimension and setting its sights on the US.

Natasha J Barnes is known for covering and playing the role of Fanny Brice in Funny Girl, and more recently Charlotte Bronte in Wasted at the Southwark Playhouse. She now joins the cast of The Twilight Zone, currently playing in the West End.

Oliver Alvin-Wilson is known for a plethora of Shakespearean roles, Nine Night, and the previous run of The Twilight Zone at the Almeida Theatre. He now speaks to BroadwayWorld about returning to The Twilight Zone in the West End.

Nine Night, Natasha Gordon's critically acclaimed play which transferred from the National Theatre to the Trafalgar Studios in December has been playing to capacity houses. Prior to closing on 23 February an extra matinee at 2.30pm on 20 February has been announced due to popular demand. Tickets for the additional performance are now on sale.

The National Theatre has today announced its new season

The National Theatre have today announced the full cast for Nine Night, Natasha Gordon's critically acclaimed play which will transfer from the National Theatre to the Trafalgar Studios on 1 December 2018 (press night 6 December) in a co-production with Trafalgar Theatre Productions. Natasha Gordon will take the role of Lorraine in her debut play, for which she has recently been nominated for the Best Writer Award in The Stage newspaper's 'Debut Awards'. She is joined by Oliver Alvin-Wilson (Robert), Michelle Greenidge (Trudy), also nominated in the Stage Awards for Best West End Debut, Hattie Ladbury (Sophie), Rebekah Murrell (Anita) and Cecilia Noble (Aunt Maggie) who return to their celebrated NT roles, and Karl Collins (Uncle Vince) who completes the West End cast.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the first test tube baby, and Jemma Kennedy's new play at the Hampstead Theatre, Genesis Inc., centres around a group of people seeking the much sought after (and costly) help of one of the leading experts in fertility.
