In April 1950, a young Harold Prince took his first stride on Broadway, assistant stage managing the Grace and Paul Hartman-led revue TICKETS, PLEASE! at the Coronet Theatre. Now, six decades, 21 Tony Awards and over 50 Broadway shows later, Prince prepares for another Broadway opening - this one, a revue of his own work.
The Possum Point Players' musical revue fundraiser, "You've Got A Friend," may raise the roof, but primarily, the goal is to repair it. Alley Cat Theater will present Plank, a new play by John Greiner-Ferris and directed by Megan Schy Gleeson. Plank will open on Saturday, August 26 at the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts where it will run until Saturday, September 16.
