Multi-faceted performer Denise Lee celebrates her Diamond Anniversary. The four characteristics of a diamond are cut, color, clarity, and carat. Lee takes her audience through all four Cs of her life and career. As she turns 60, Lee celebrates all she's gone through to become the performer she is today. Last year, when Drama Desk Award Winner and Tony Nominee, Saycon Sengbloh, was in Dallas, she joined us for a mini-set at the Opening night of the Dallas Cabaret Festival.  This year, Ms. SENGBLOH returns to headline the  4th Annual Dallas Cabaret Festival!!  An accomplished performer of song, stage and screen, she comes back to close out the Festival the way she brought it in last year a?' with a BANG!

Following successful sold-out runs at the Walnut Street Theatre (Philadelphia, PA), the August Wilson Center (Pittsburgh, PA) and the Landis Theatre (Vineland, NJ) today, the Philadelphia-based Lawrence Theatre Company (LTC,) in association with Thoroughbred Entertainment and Jersey Style Films, LLC, announced the New York debut of Derrell Lawrence's THE FUNERAL.

The momentum of last year's first Dallas Cabaret Festival will continue with an outstanding line up for the Second Annual Dallas Cabaret Festival, July 27-29, at the Women's Museum at Fair Park (3800 Parry Avenue, Dallas, TX 75226). Opening this year's festival on July 27 at 7:30 p.m. will be the mesmerizing vocalist and former Raelette, Cynthia Scott . Cynthia will be debuting her new cabaret show 'All About Love.'

JAG Productions is pleased to announce JAGFest, an annual festival that showcases and celebrates new plays by emerging playwrights of color. Presented February 24 - 27 at various venues in Woodstock & Pomfret, VT, the weekend-long festival of play readings and lectures celebrates and explores diverse, new voices in American theater. JAGFest will include four staged readings over the course of four days, each featuring a post-show conversation with the playwrights, actors, and directors.
