The Skivvies will return to Chicago!  This weekend (April 30th at 8pm & Monday, May 1st at 8pm) the comedy-pop, undie rock band is set to play the Uptown Underground.

Like You Like It RADcording cast members Nick Cearley ('The Skivvies,' Pageant), and Lesli Margherita (Matilda) will appear at The Drama Book Shop along with authors Daniel S. Acquisto and Sammy Buck for a book & CD signing celebrating Shakespeare's birthday. Friday, April 21st, 5:00pm event is free to the public. Copies of the script, published by Playscripts, Inc., and the CD, from Broadway Records, will be available for purchase.

The Yotel in Midtown Manhattan has opened a new entertainment space for the theatre district crowd. Tony winner Lillias White opened The Green Room 42 on February 14, but it's well-known band The Skivvies, a.k.a. Nick Cearley and Lauren Molina, who will park their residency there.

Feinstein's/54Below, Broadway's supper club, has announced that Tracee Beazer (Something Rotten, The Wedding Singer, Memphis) will replace Lesli Margherita in their January 5th, 2017 concert of Eating Raoul. Saldivar exits due to scheduling conflicts. Based on the cult classic film, the musical featured a book by its original creator, Paul Bartel, lyrics by Boyd Graham and music by Jed Feuer.

Gharachedaghi, star of 'Shahs of Sunset,' will extend her limited engagement in New York's longest running comedy Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man as 'Robyn' by one week. Previously set to depart the show today, December 10, G.G. will now play her final performance today, December 17, 2016 at The 777 Theatre (777 Eighth Avenue, between 47th and 48th Streets). Beloved jazz songbird Somi returns with a special new work-in-progress called Dreaming Zenzile, detailing the life of legendary activist and singer Miriam Makeba. Dreaming Zenzile is directed by Liesl Tommy, whose most recent works include Eclipsed (at The Public and on Broadway) and Party People (The Public), and stars Somi.
