Single “The Bones” dominated 2020, topping the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for 19 consecutive weeks and becoming the first solo female multi-week #1 at country radio since 2012. 

American Friends of the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition will present Juan Perez Floristán, Pianist as part of the Gold Medalist 16th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition. The performance will take place Thursday evening, 14 Oct 2021 at 7:00 PM at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.

Festivities in Vernon Park begin at 5:30pm each evening with a fair including interactive art installations, games, resource tables, a mutual aid station, reunion photo booth, drumming, and more. The evening culminates with an original 30-minute play at 7pm that refracts Shakespeare's PERICLES through a poetic story which centers Black Germantown and the community's fight against gentrification. This event is free and open to the public. 

The Indie Street Film Festival has announced its 2021 film lineup today, and welcomes back in-person screenings and events, along with virtual films to ensure all community members can have access to this year's best Indie films.

Theatre Tulsa will commemorate the 20th Anniversary of 9/11 with its first play of the season, “The Guys.”

Theatre Tulsa's production stars Gigi Jenkins as Matilda Wormwood, Sean Rooney as Miss Agatha Trunchbull, Tatum Nelson as Miss Honey, Travis Guillory as Mr. Wormwood, Claire Schroepfer as Mrs. Wormwood, Spencer Loeffler as Michael Wormwood, and Kara Staiger as Mrs. Phelps.

Currently Creative Director at Manchester International Festival (MIF), Mark will join the multi-arts centre in January 2022 and will have overall responsibility for the artistic direction of the largest cultural centre in the UK, leading the organisation as it enters a new era. 1820 THE MUSICAL at the Covey Center for the Arts is the world premiere of a moving, modern new musical about Joseph and Emma Smith. On top of sharing a clip from the first rehearsal, Bareilles expressed regret that cast member Nick Cordero, who passed away due to COVID early in the pandemic, couldn't be there to join them.

Playwright Taylor Mac shares, “although it pains me to postpone the premiere of JOY AND PANDEMIC, timing is everything. Unfortunately, with the rise of infections, this is not the time to engage whole-heartedly with the themes in this work. Our hope is that time will come soon.”

The all-volunteer Board of Directors of the Vergennes Opera House has announced their upcoming 2021-2022 season with a full slate of performances beginning this fall.

Live at the Eccles has announced that Mat and Savanna Shaw will be bringing their holiday concert special “Believe” to Salt Lake City's Eccles Theater on December 18th, 2021 at 2pm and 7:30pm. The concert will feature Peter Hollens and also include a special appearance by BYU Vocal Point.

The legendary Hollywood Palomino Club will be resurrected during Americanafest week at The Basement East on the evening of September 21st. As in the tradition of the Palomino, there will be an updated version of the 'World Famous Palomino Talent Show.”
