AMERICAN IDOL LIVE! returns this summer for another hit tour to showcase the season's talented top Finalists. 19 Entertainment and AEG Live have announced the 40-show concert Tour will stop at Joe Louis Arena today, July 5 at 7:30 p.m.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, several performances of the AMERICAN IDOL summer tour have been canceled. The cancellations are a result of low ratings from this past season of the singing competition.

Last night, AMERICAN IDOL named the final set of guys who will join the Top 20. They are Lazaro Arbos, 21, from Naples, FL; Nick Boddington, 27, from Memphis, TN; Vincent Powell, 29, from Austin, TX; Cortez Shaw, 21, from Dallas, TX; and Burnell Taylor, 19, from New Orleans, LA.
