New Wave Theater Collective presents 'Spring Break: A Theater and Art Festival,' as a part of NWTC's mixed media series.

Morrissey is set to hit Broadway for the first time in his career playing a retrospective show at New York City's hallowed Lunt-Fontanne Theater. The affair will run for seven days from May 2nd to May 11th and promises an intimate yet exciting exploration of Morrissey's expansive career from his early days to his upcoming new record 'California Son': a collection of 1960/70s classic covers out on May 24th via Etienne Records/BMG.

What good is sitting alone in your room this week? If you don't already have plans to see a Broadway show, come out to see your favorite Broadway stars in a cabaret act instead. After Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Highlights this week include Betsy Wolfe, Katrina Lenk, Broadway Sings Adele and more.

Four-time Emmy Award-winning hit musical competition series “The Voice” is set to launch the second season of the nine-part digital companion series “The Comeback Stage,” presented by Lays. Michael Chekhov Association (MICHA), the not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving the artistic vision and technique of actor/director/author Michael Chekhov, today announced the appointment of Thomas Morrissey as its Managing Director. He will work alongside former Managing Director, Jessica Cerullo who now steps into the newly created role of MICHA's Artistic Director. Together, they will manage the day-to day operations of MICHA, produce the annual International Summer Workshop and Festival at Connecticut College in June, and seek out other ways to extend and preserve the legacy of Michael Chekhov and the MICHA.

Sonia Friedman Productions and Fox Stage Productions have today announced a live cinema broadcast for All About Eve. The world premiere of Ivo van Hove's highly anticipated stage adaptation of the 1950 Twentieth Century Fox film and the play 'The Wisdom of Eve' by Mary Orr will be broadcast on 11th April 2019 by NT Live. NT Live screens to 2,500 venues across 65 countries including 700 cinemas in the UK.

New Hampshire Theatre Project celebrates their 30th anniversary season with Seacoast Sessions, a brand new series of intimate Sunday afternoon concerts and conversations with beloved seacoast musicians, hosted by Kathleen Somssich of WSCA Radio. The series begins on Sunday, February 3 at 2 pm with New England's "troubadour of the common people," Cormac McCarthy.
