In the past six years, The Actors' Hub has become something of a success story - and two of its most recent graduates are now represented by Australia's top casting agents.

The Producers Guild of America has announced the nominees for its 31st Annual Producers Guild Awards, to be presented at the Fairmont Century Plaza hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday, January 18, 2020.

Chevel Shepherd, a 16-year-old female country artist from Farmington, N.M., was crowned champion of "The Voice" tonight. The popular young singer from Team Kelly earned coach Kelly Clarkson her second consecutive "Voice" win on the four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series.

The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, a delightful family story about the true meaning of Christmas, will open at the Lakewood Theatre Company today, December 14 at 7:30 PM. Performances continue on December 15, 16,  and 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 at 7:30 PM. There will also be matinee performances at 2:00 PM on Saturday Dec. 15, Sunday Dec. 16, Saturday Dec. 22 and Sunday Dec. 23. After the opening night performance on Dec. 14, there will be a hot cocoa and cookie reception.  

 REAL SPORTS WITH BRYANT GUMBEL caps another season of enterprising reporting with a roundtable review of its most memorable moments this year when the series' 261st edition, available in HDTV, debuts TUESDAY, DEC. 18 (10:00 p.m. ET/PT & 9:00 p.m. CT) on HBO.

Foxes Television will be launching its first episodes in 2019. This exciting new MTV-inspired television show will be co-produced by Kevin Haskins, best known as drummer and founding member of Bauhaus, Love and Rockets, Tones on Tail and his latest trio Poptone.

The Board of the Traverse Theatre has today announced that it has appointed Gareth Nicholls, previously the organisation's Associate Director, to the position of Interim Artistic Director. He will assume the role, working with Executive Producer Linda Crooks, from 5th December, the date on which Outgoing Artistic Director Orla O'Loughlin departs from the organisation to take up the post of Vice Principal and Director of Drama at Guildhall School of Music and Drama full time from the beginning of 2019.

The December events presented by Great Music at St. Bart's are among New Yorkers' favorite holiday traditions: seasonal music in the beautiful spaces of St. Bartholomew's Church. A Joyous Christmas Concert (December 11) offers choral, orchestral, and organ music of the season along with a Christmas carol sing-in; Adoration of the Magi (December 14) is an intimate visual and musical celebration of the holidays in the St. Bart's Chapel; and A Concert To Usher In the New Year( December 31), a holiday gift to the city, is a late evening organ concert and post-concert toast, that is free to the public (details below).

Two-time Oscar®-winning director Barbara Kopple has partnered with America's leading true-crime network, Investigation Discovery (ID) to explore the legacy of the notorious 1989 murder of Noreen Boyle in Mansfield, Ohio in the new documentary, A MURDER IN MANSFIELD. The film chronicles Noreen's son Collier's journey for answers and peace in the aftermath of his mother's death nearly three decades ago. A MURDER IN MANSFIELD will have its national television debut exclusively on Investigation Discovery on November 17, 2018 at 9 pm.

Originally based on the B-Movie horror film of the 1960s, Little Shop of Horrors is a deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical which has devoured the hearts of theatre goers for over 30 years. Howard Ashman and Alan Menken (Disney's The Little Mermaid, Beauty And The Beast, and Aladdin) are the creative geniuses behind what has become one of the most popular shows in the world.

After scoring critical acclaim and sold out performances earlier this fall in Brooklyn, immersive hit THE HIDDEN ONES returns for and extended run beginning November 1 at an undisclosed venue in Midtown Manhattan near the 50th Street stop on the A/C subway line. Presented by Miller-Coffman Productions, THE HIDDEN ONES was conceived and directed by Anthony Logan Cole (Les Miserables, Curiosities) and choreographed by Whitney Sprayberry (Seeing You, Jagged Little Pill).

Alabama Shakespeare Festival will present a new production of The Sound of Music beginning November 15, 2018, directed by ASF Artistic Director Rick Dildine. The Sound of Music features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein, and book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse (suggested by "The Trapp Family Singers" by Maria Augusta Trapp.)
