One of the funniest plays ever written, this extraordinarily inventive, side-splitting comedy was first presented by the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, then produced in Great Britain, then went on to Broadway. The action centers on the hilarious dilemma of a young architect who is visited by a man he's never met but who saved his life in Vietnam-the visitor turning out to be an incredibly inept, hopelessly stupid 'nerd' who outstays his welcome with a vengeance.

Edward Whitney will lead the cast as Willum Cubbert, with Emily Schuttenberg as Tansy McGinnis, Josh Wainright as Axel Hammond, Andy Ambramson as Rick Steadman, Barnett Sherman as Warnock Waldgrave, Lori Van Wallandael as Clelia Waldgrave, and Miles Abramson as Thor.

Piedmont Players Theatre, along with Owen & Elizabeth Norvell, introduce the cast of TREASURE ISLAND by Robert Louis Stevenson in a new adaption by Ken Ludwig. The production will run tonight, May 9-11 & 16-18 at 7:30pm, with a matinee on May 12 at 2:30pm.
