Even the threat of rain didn't stop the biggest day of the year for Broadway fans from turning into a bright and sunny day for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS as the 27th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction raised an outstanding $631,222.

Since its debut in 1987, which then raised $12,000, the 23 editions of The Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction have raised a grand total of $8,161,752 for BC/EFA. The 22nd Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction held yesterday Sunday, September 21, raised a grand total of $496,380 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA).

Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS is pleased to announce the stars at this year's Celebrity Photo Booths as part of the 22ND ANNUAL BROADWAY FLEA MARKET & GRAND AUCTION which will be held this Sunday, September 21 from 10 AM - 7 PM in Shubert Alley (225 West 45th Street).

Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Artistic Director, Mark W. Jones-Executive Director) officially opened its mainstage production of Cole Porter's masterpiece Kiss Me, Kate, returning to the Paper Mill Stage after a 40 year absence.

Hundreds of Broadway, TV and film stars crowded the sidewalks of Shubert Alley at the 21st Annual Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Flea Market and Grand Auction on Sunday, September 23.

Cast members from The Pajama Game and The Wedding Singer threw a surprise party for Megan Lawrence at O'Flaherty's Ale House (334 W 46th St.) on Sunday, May 21st, and BroadwayWorld was there!
